A wide variety of life experiences have shaped me, from my beginnings in suburban United States, to graduate school, to farming with horse and plow for seven years, to coming out as a gay man in San Francisco. Since 1999 when I became attuned to Reiki, I have studied, practiced and taught healing arts such as Reiki and Erotic Reiki (a modality I developed based on my experiences as a sexual healer). My healing practice includes the formal modalities of Usui Reiki, Intuitive Energy Medicine, kinesiology, and Erotic Reiki. I employ a lot of what might be called intuitive shamanic energywork practices as well. I have provided hundreds of energywork sessions to friends and clients in person and via distance. Since 2004, I have wandered about the world experiencing various cultures and spiritualities. Currently I am traveling in India and South East Asia, trying to master the life of a wandering mystic.
