Let us focus on receiving and transmitting only love and joy.
Let us release the pattern creating a dangerous, germ filled world… and BE the pattern of receiving only love and joy! transmitting only love and joy! and moving in ways to promote that way of being!
Let us nurture our bodies… our skin… our immune system… with healthy attitudes and nurturing foods and waters!
May you walk and dance and play in beauty! unconditional love! and abundance!
May you walk in health, strong and supple in your skin… that membrane through which you touch the world! May your skin be healthy and whole! May you touch the world and it touch you in Unconditional Love! May all your “touch” be loving joyful touch! May you truly receive the Love of the Universe. And may you have fun in your body while you are here on this Earth!
Some tips for healthy skin and immune system:
Keep well hydrated (6-10 glasses water/day; more if needed during exercise or dry conditions). Exercise well, and sleep well.
Wash regularly and well with gentle soaps and cooler water. Maintain you body’s natural protective oils by washing lightly with the gentlest soap or non-soap alternative (Nutribiotics has good products). Hot water, hand sanitizers, and anti-bacterial soaps, will destroy your skin’s natural protective oils faster than cooler water and gentle soaps. Your natural skin is a healthy ecosystem of protection! Avoid anti-bacterial soaps as they are no more effective than regular soaps, and why breed anti-bacterial soap resistant strains of bacteria? Anti-bacterial soaps also wreak havoc on septic systems because they kill off beneficial bacteria that are there to digest sewage. Wash your hand after touching your nose. Keep you fingernails trimmed short.
Use moisturizers as needed to jump start your body’s own moisturizing process. If you use moisturizers all the time, your body quits doing it’s own moisturizing. Look for herbal products or those that enhance your body’s health rather than products that mask symptoms.
Minimize antibiotic use. Antibiotics (means “anti-life” and kill off both beneficial and harmful organisms) are hard on your body and digestion. Use them only when really necessary. Ask your doctor/health practitioner for other alternatives when possible. Focus on making nurturing lifestyle choices to feed your body, soul, and immune system well! Water, Food, Exercise, Rest, and activities or inactivities that bring peace and comfort to you will keep you healthy!
Support your body with natural supplements and medicines that are more robust than chemical antibiotics. In the UK there have been major headlines about how garlic can fight such infections better than some of the strongest antibiotics. A friend of mine successfully treated a serious staph infection by eliminating processed sugar from his diet, taking a lot of garlic (chopped and allowed to sit five minutes; and garlic soaked in honey was a tasty method) and other tonics for the immune system like ashwaganda, astralagus, nettles and/or codonopsis. He used topical applications of goldenseal tincture and ground marshmallow in honey. Lavender and tea tree oil are also topical antibiotics. Herbalist, Michael Tierra has successfully treated children in a school outbreak of staph through reducing sugar in their diets and high doses of echinacea, Vitamin C, and topical applications of honey.
Eat well and appropriately to maintain your body’s immune system and skin. Reducing consumption of sugar, particularly white sugar, may be critical in reclaiming skin health from staph infections. There are plenty of resources including such those by such health practitioners as Andrew Weil, Gary Null, and Gerald Lemole. Find what works for you in promoting the health and vitality you desire based on what resonates with you. Your body’s natural tendency is towards health!Touch the world with love for yourself and love for what you touch. Receive Love. Be an optimist… focusing on the good rather than letting things get under your skin.
Our culture pushes into a fearful way of seeing our environment and world… create a loving trustful way of seeing your environment and world. Remember our thoughts create how we see the world. Choose your thoughts well!
Focus your awareness/intentions/prayers away from a dangerous universe and towards a loving supportive universe. It’s a quantum reality out there. Set the intention to be healthy. For instance, years ago, I decided to quit falling into the stories of colds and flus… it can be a self fulfilling prophecy!
Vibrate in Unconditional Love as often as you can! Your immune system and cells will love you for it!
May you truly be Blessed and Feel Blessed in your life!

Hi DahmiBoo–
A great blog. I’ll pass along the informaton concerning antibiotic soaps to the management here at Easton Mountain Retreat. We depend on our septic systems. It’s hard to get the non-antibiotic soap – though I think Dr. Bronner’s comes in a gallon size and there’s something called Kiss My Face.
For minor skin irritation, I find Rescue Cream slow but effective.
Keep up the blogging. I’m using wordpress myself -

I’m focusing on spirituality from a gay perspective, though what I write should be of interest to all who have an interest in spirituality.
Love and blessings,

Nutribiotics has non-soap skin liquid skin cleansers that I’ve used for washing. I saw an Ayurvedic bar of soap at The Vitamin Shoppe the other day for only $0.99! There are a variety of “ecological” dish and laundry soaps available. I would think ordering such things by the gallon online might be reasonably priced if your local food coop or bulk supplier doesn’t have such things.
Thanks for writing!
